1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website https://fixping.com (https://fixping.com/) and/or using the FixPing software/service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. The services are provided by FixPing LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

2. Service Use & Restrictions

The FixPing service is strictly limited to gameplay data optimization. You are prohibited from using FixPing servers for:

• Any malicious, fraudulent, or illegal activities.

• General-purpose proxying (e.g., web browsing, heavy downloading, IRC).

• Accessing or distributing pirated/copyrighted material.

• Sharing your account credentials with third parties. Violation of any of these restrictions will result in automatic account termination without a refund.

3. Account Termination

FixPing LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

4. Payments, Pricing

• Pricing: Prices for services are subject to change. We will notify users of price changes at least 7 days in advance via our official social media channels or website.

• Activation: Paid accounts are typically activated within 5 minutes of a successful transaction.

• The 3-month and 6-month plans are prepaid one-time purchases. Discounts are applied compared to the monthly plan price. FixPing does not automatically renew or charge your payment method after the paid period ends.

• Refunds and cancellations are governed by Section 5 “Refund & Cancellation Policy” of these Terms..

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

FixPing offers a 7-day full money-back guarantee for new users. If you are a new user and are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of your first payment.

To request a refund, you must contact FixPing support within the applicable refund period and provide the email address associated with your account and, if available, the payment or transaction ID.

For repeat payments or subsequent purchases, refunds are available only if FixPing fails to provide the Service in accordance with the obligations described in these Terms of Service. Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, failure to use the Service, user-side network issues, game server issues, internet service provider restrictions, violation of these Terms, or use of the Service for prohibited activities.

Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) calendar days from the date FixPing receives the refund request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise required by law or payment processor rules. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

FixPing does not use automatic recurring billing. Service renewal is performed manually by the user. We do not automatically charge your card, payment account, or other payment method after the end of a paid service period.

If your paid service period expires and you do not manually renew it, access to the paid Service may be suspended or terminated until a new payment is completed.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FixPing LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services, even if FixPing LLC has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials and services are provided on an "as is" basis. FixPing LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Third-Party Games and Trademarks

FixPing may refer to third-party games, publishers, platforms, trademarks, logos, and other brand assets solely for the purpose of identifying game compatibility and supported services.

All game titles, trademarks, logos, service marks, screenshots, and related materials are the property of their respective owners. FixPing does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property.

FixPing is an independent network optimization service. FixPing is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, or otherwise approved by any game publisher, developer, platform operator, or trademark owner, unless expressly stated.

FixPing does not modify game clients, game files, game servers, user accounts, anti-cheat systems, or gameplay mechanics. The service is designed only to optimize network routing for supported game traffic.

Users are responsible for complying with the terms, rules, and policies of the games and platforms they use.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.

10. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on the website could include technical or typographical errors. FixPing LLC does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials at any time without notice.

11. Modifications

FixPing LLC may revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. By using this website or our software, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.
